Our shapes are designed to be loaded. 3Flex algorithms integrated with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations tools allow us to design foils which flex according to the dynamic load profiles. We validate our calculations using controlled experiment and real world test and trials. The technology allows us to reduce peak loads, virtually eliminate vibration and extend the operational envelope for the control surface or vessel fairings/fuselages; overall, this can have a profound affect on vehicle structural requirements and hence efficiency and manoeuvrability.
